Artwork Usage and Payment Policy
At Peace of Paradise, we value and respect the intellectual property rights of our artists.
We have established the following policy to ensure fair compensation and protection of our artwork. This policy is enforceable under the laws of the Cayman Islands and applies to all clients and partners who engage with our services.
1. Payment Terms:
All artwork created by Peace of Paradise is subject to an initial invoice which must be paid in full before the artwork is used in any form. Payment should be rendered within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice date for invoices totaling an amount less that $500 KYD and 30 days of receipt of the invoice date for payments in the amount more that $501 KYD.
Failure to comply with this payment term will result in the implementation of a late fee.
2. Late Fees:
If payment is not made within the stipulated period, a late fee of CI$300 per month will be added to the outstanding balance for every month that payment remains unpaid. This fee is non-negotiable and will continue to accrue until the full payment, including all late fees, is received.
3. Unauthorized Use:
Any use of Peace of Paradise’s artwork prior to the full payment being rendered is considered unauthorized. Should Peace of Paradise prove that artwork has been used without payment, the client will be liable for the initial invoice amount, including all accrued late fees, and may face further legal action.
4. Legal Enforcement:
Peace of Paradise reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid invoices and associated late fees. This policy is enforceable under the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands, and clients found in violation may be subject to additional legal penalties and costs.
5. Agreement:
By engaging with Peace of Paradise and commissioning artwork, clients agree to adhere to this policy. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment and to refrain from using the artwork until full payment is confirmed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the rights and interests of our artists. For any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact our support team at peaceofparadise345@gmail.com
